All disputes and obligations of the parties are governed by the strict standards of the US Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the law.
We don't require prepayment or deposits when placing an order. Payment is only debited once a verified carrier is assigned to your flight.
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before the driver is assigned. There are no hidden fees or penalties for returns.

1. Broker status and obligations
Document status
Primelane LLC operates exclusively as a licensed motor vehicle broker (FMCSA License MC-150921). We connect you with certified and insured carriers for delivery.
Effective since 2024
2. Payment and no deposits
We don't charge fees until your order is assigned to a specific carrier that has passed a full security check. All prices agreed upon at the time of booking are final.
3. Cancellation and refund
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the carrier is assigned without any penalties or hidden fees. A full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
4. Liability and insurance
These terms and conditions constitute a public offer. By placing a transportation order, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.
All designated carriers are required to have valid cargo insurance. In the event of damage to the vehicle during transport, claims are submitted directly to the carrier's insurance company.
